He tells the number of the stars; he calls them all by their names. (Psalm 147:4)
Some believe that God is the One Who first gave the stars and the constellations their names. They believe this partly because recorded history doesnt go back far enough to identify a probable culture or society as the original source. It is very possible that God wrote His plan in the stars on the fourth day when He made the sun, moon, planets and stars and revealed His plan to Adam and Eve and they passed it on to their children. However, I believe, after reading the books of Enoch, that Enoch wrote out the story of the Gospel in the stars as revealed to him while in heaven and passed it on to his sons.
The book of Job is believed to be the oldest book of the Bible and gives reference to some familiar constellations. Which maketh Arcturus (Bootes), Orion, and Pleiades, and the chambers of the south. (Job 9:9) Canst thou bind the sweet influences of Pleiades, or loose the bands of Orion? (Job 38:31)
Today in astronomy there are about 88 different constellations. Originally there were 48 constellations; the twelve signs of the zodiac plus three minor constellations in each of the twelve signs. I have read two books on this subject; one by E.W. Bullinger called The Witness of the Stars and the other by E. Raymond Capt called The Glory of the Stars - A Study of the Zodiac. E. Raymond Capt has written several books pertaining to the subjects of this book of which Im writing. In this study, what has been discovered is that the twelve constellations along with their minor constellations tell three stories of Gods plan in the stars. These three Gospels in the stars plus the four in the Bible make a perfect seven. This is not to be confused with astrology. Astrology is merely the paganized and corrupted evolution of this ancient knowledge passed down by the Babylonians.
Its this ancient knowledge which reveals the true identity of the Egyptian Sphinx. The word sphinx means to bind together. The constellations, which are in a circle, are bound together at Virgo and Leo. I believe that the previous head of the Sphinx had the face of a woman. The sphinx of Greek mythology was a winged lion with the breast and face of a woman.

The story of the constellations or The Gospels in the Stars begins with the prophecy God gives to Lucifer after Adam and Eves fall in the garden. I will put hostility between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed: it will bruise your head, and you will bruise His heel. (Genesis 3:15) Without getting into too much detail, Id like to just summarize how these pictures in the stars tell their story. The images we know today werent necessarily the original images, but because many of the stars still have their original names, a picture of the truth develops in the mind. More than likely, it was in the days of Nimrod, Noahs great-grandson through Ham, when the original images began to be corrupted. By defining the names of each of the stars within each constellation and defining also the name of the constellation as spoken by different cultures, we can see a story developing. Dividing the signs into three books, each sign in the zodiac is a chapter with four sections. Virgo begins the first book, Capricorn the second and Taurus the third and final book.
In order to make this information as brief and to the point as possible, I have added a description of each constellation within the outline from E. Raymond Capts book:
Chapter One
- The seed of the woman. A picture of a woman with a branch in her right hand and ears of corn in her left hand. The brightest star is in the ears of corn with the Arabic name Al Zimach, meaning the Branch.

Here Centaurus is holding a shield in one hand and a spear aimed at Lupus in the other hand. Edith Hamilton in her book of Mythology says, "When Hermes was urging Prometheus to give in to Zeus he spoke of this, but in such a way as to make it seem an incredible sacrifice:- Look for no ending to this agony Until a god will freely suffer for you, Will take on him your pain, and in your stead Descend to where the sun is turned to darkness, The black depths of death." Ursa Minor - Lesser fold - the Church of the first born; the rulers.
The original picture of Ursa Minor and Ursa Major were really cattles of sheep not bears; let alone bears with long tails. The evolution to bears most likely came from the confusion in the Hebrew translation; Dohver - a fold & Dohv - a bear.

Book one ends with Satan cast out and down on earth. Book two ends with Satan bound and powerless against the followers of the Lamb. Book three ends with Satan defeated by the Lion-King and devoured by birds. By condensing this whole topic of the Gospels in the Stars, some may find parts of it confusing. For a more comprehensive understanding, I recommend reading the books mentioned at the beginning of this topic.
Near the beginning of this section, I said that I believed the previous head of the sphinx had the face of a woman. I also believe that the original head was probably a lions head. Many Egyptologists conservatively believe the construction of the sphinx to date to at least 7,000-9,000 B.C.. I believe that the sphinx was originally built in the first world age. Keeping in mind that just as this second world is a hard copy of the first and this second world ends with the Anti-Christ and the image of the Beast, the first world age ended with Satan and his fallen companions enslaving the men of earth and having them build the sphinx. I believe that this was the image of the Beast that everyone was made to bow down and worship and that this was the final straw for God destroying the world that was.
